How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
Say a tree is leaning after a windy night, and you want answers before the school run. When you reach out, you are routed to an independent tree removal provider in our network. Providers are separate local businesses. Brothersjosh Tree Service does not do the tree work, and there is no staff list to browse here. The person you speak with is the provider who may do the job.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few simple questions:
- Where is the tree, and how close is it to the house, wires, or a fence?
- Is it standing, leaning, or already down?
- Is anyone or anything at risk right now?
- What days and times work for your household?
Hours vary by provider, so Request a callback to check availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but nothing is promised.
What to Ask a Provider
Ask before you agree. Here are good questions, with what a solid answer sounds like:
- Are you insured? A good answer names liability and workers' compensation and offers proof.
- What is in the quote? It should list removal, cleanup, and whether stump grinding is included.
- How will you protect my lawn and roof? Look for a clear plan, not a shrug.
- How long will it take, and how loud? An honest range helps you plan around your week.
Red flags include a price that only works for cash today, no written quote, or heavy pressure to decide fast.
You Are in Control
You can ask for more than one quote. You can say no. You can ask the provider to schedule the work around school hours or a work-from-home call. Costs vary by size, access, and condition, so a written quote is your strongest tool.
Ready to Talk to a Provider?
When you have a few details about your tree, you are ready. A short call can sort out the next step.
If you would rather write first, request an estimate and a provider can follow up.
