How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Brothersjosh Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Brothersjosh Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Brothersjosh Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@brothersjosh.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If you are unhappy with our reply, write back and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
